The booked tickets are sent to the delegate along with a detailed information note.

Venue Management

We only choose appropriate venues as per the event, seeking Competitive pricing, negotiate for add-on benefits, individual or group bookings, coordinating and supervising the complete F&B for the event.


Registration and Manpower Management

During all events, we assist the organizers in managing the complete registration process smoothly. The registration team then submits a fully compiled data as per the client requirement. Our experienced teams of Ushers and Executives ensure a smooth Registration process while collecting all relevant information from the visitors to create registration lists with up to date data for future reference. Our Ushers are well trained for proper and well recorded distribution of conference kits and unobtrusive handling of Cordless Mikes or papers distribution during sessions.


Creative and Branding

Our creative team will prepare a theme for the event with complete branding kit including logo, Letterhead, stationary, web site landing page, backdrops and other collaterals with proper approvals.

Develop suitable designs and material for printed invitations, EDMs, Administrative notes, welcome notes etc. Develop designs for various Backdrops, Signage, Stage Setup and Direction Indicators etc., in line with the overall theme, available space and budgets



Reimbursement to facilitators/participants is a critical aspect for conferences and workshops. This comprises of payment against honorarium, daily allowance, travel expense, meal expense, etc. Our accounts team meticulously works on this process. After the event, reimbursement forms along with supporting documents are collected and compiled. These are then sent to the client who reviews each form and approves the same. The accounts team now takes charge and after careful inspection of account details reimburses the specified amount.



We have capable and well qualified documentation experts who work with us as freelancers. These experts cover the complete event, and draft a detailed report supported with videos and photographs. Each has strong written skills and capture the key proceedings of the event in the most apt manner. Our documentation experts also comprise of network of audio/visual specialists. They are proficient in compiling and developing a consolidated album and short videos along with scripts, voiceover showcasing the glimpses of the event. The team adheres to timeline and delivers superior results.


Onsite setup and Execution Logistics

Airport/rail transfers, Venue transfers of participants from their respective hotels to conference venue and back and any other local transport will be coordinated by our logistics team. Once we are through with production & procurement of conference material, the next stage is to ship the material safely & in time to the event venue. A dedicated team is responsible for timely dispatch & receipt of conference material.


Secretariat Management

We setup pre-conference secretariat and Back Office support systems before and during the Event with Professional Photocopiers, Laser / Desk-jet Printers, PCs, Laptops, Scanner, CD Writers, UPS, Internet – Broadband , Wi-Fi etc. supported by dedicated technical hands - available round the clock with sufficient redundancies built in for any eventuality.


On site Set up & Installation

Thorough communication & coordination is maintained with the venue authorities to ensure that possession of the conference venue is made available to us well in time before the event to ensure timely completion of all setup, safety and performance checks. Barricading and security perimeters are installed as per venue requirements.


Event Execution - Planning is nothing without implementation

We make sure to arrange transportation, registration, welcome kits, seating arrangements, signages, drinking water, Dias setups, Mementoes, Bouquet distribution etc.

Post Event Reporting and Invoicing

Collection and Compilation of all presentations, documents, videos and other collaterals used and displayed during the event

Compilation of all photos, video recordings, audio recordings and transcriptions etc
Preparation of a comprehensive report capturing key details of all activities, discussions and outcomes during the event
Compile and submit a summary invoice along with copies of all vendor invoices and other expenses related documents correlated with the budget
